Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment before technician dispatch without any charges.
If cancellation is made after technician dispatch, a service or visit charge may apply.
No-show or last-minute cancellations may also result in a service fee.
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
If the service cannot be completed due to technical limitations
If an issue reported after service is verified and falls under our service warranty
If payment was made in error or duplicated
All refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by management.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If the appliance has additional faults not previously identified
If the issue arises due to misuse, mishandling, or external factors (e.g., power fluctuations)
If a third party has attempted repair after our service
If the customer declines recommended repairs after technician visit
We may offer a limited warranty depending on the repair performed
If the same issue occurs within the warranty period, we will provide a free revisit
Warranty does not cover unrelated or new faults
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible
Initial quotes are estimates based on provided information
Final pricing may change after physical inspection of the appliance
